If there was there was an option for a negative star I would have input it. My question is "where does Hadley get their drivers?". I had a run in with one of their drivers this morning. His tow truck was in the way of my car, so I asked him to move it. He said he would but I guess he must have decided that I could wait while he proceeded to finish his meeting with my neighbor and get done with HIS business first! I now was running late for work so as I stood watching him finish HIS business I pointed out that I was running late for work and he NEEDED to move his tow truck! He proceeded to give me excuses for his "inconsideration". When I told him I didn't care, I just needed him to move his truck, he told me "well I don't care either and I don't have to move my truck". When I called the number off his truck to report him the customer service rep tells me he can't do anything about it because he said that they were dispatched by AAA he had no way of tracking the driver unless I had a name. Not even by keying in the destination address. So this towing service has NO WAY OF TRACKING THEIR DRIVERS UNLESS YOU HAVE A DRIVERS NAME OR TRUCK NUMBER? ARE YOU KIDDING? If you want to pass the buck to AAA do your footwork and call AAA for the info. Unless of course it does not bother you that you have workers such as these working for you!

ATTITUDE! VERY INCONSIDERATE. Find another tow company.

I've used Hadley Tow for the past three years and I recommend them to everyone I know. The service is fast and reliable. They go beyond the call of service to satisfy the customer.
