Haan Contracting removed our house’s failing concrete tile roof and replaced it with a plywood deck, underlayment, and aluminum shingle system in 2009 and to date we couldn’t be happier with the job. The fact that Larry takes great pride in his work and encouraged us to go look at his previous projects was a selling point for us and it proved true. Larry worked on our house himself almost every day and he did all of the important detail work himself. Since I work for a large general contractor I usually have difficulty with most residential contractors (like the guys that did our windows and siding) but having Larry work on our house was a real pleasure. He is a true craftsman that doesn’t cut corners and pays close attention to the important details.

I had a small water leak on my room. Haan contracting came out and spent 45 minutes looking for a leak. They couldn't find anything, tightened one cap on an exhaust and left. I get a bill a week later for $310.



Two guys, no supplies and no real fix cost me a little over $150 per hour per guy.



Not close to realistic in my eyes.
