Bay Area - I called GVC Services Pro Appliances Repair for washing machine repair.



Gus came to checked my machine. Said I needed a new pump to which I agreed. I was suspious of Gus's work and called another repairman, who validated my suspicion.



Gus claimed he replaced my pump with an old pump. The truth is he never did the work and charged me for a new pump and his non labor.



I have written to gvcservices@gmail.com to share my experience. I await to hear from them. .
