Group 21 llc does not exist. This guy took all my money and never finished my job. Google Group 21 LLC and you will see that the owner Jose I Pereira has not filed his LLC paperwork since 2012. He tells you to call him Carlos. He cashed all my checks at the Kwik Stop to the tune of over $12,000. I had to hire another contractor and almost all of his work had to be re-done.
