I've known Loren Gronewold for almost 20 years. He built a beautiful 384 square foot studio for me, redesigned and built new closets in the master bedroom and office, and built an addition to our deck. I wanted to remove/replace a large butt glass window which had been installed at the corner of a bathtub. The installation required window removal, framing for the replacement glass block window, matching stucco, interior sheet rock and painting. All work was performed in an exceptional manner. It is impossible to detect that this area of the house has been remodeled. Fantastic job. Additionally solved some long term leak problems on decking around the home. If and when I need additional work done, I will use this company again.
