I currently live at greentree apartments and i'm not going to say the apartments are the best, because it does need couple changes, but other than that maintenance is always on top of keeping me happy. When I call the office ladies they immediately have a responce for my question. It needs new windows because they all leak but other than that i have great neighbors n no problems.

I've previously lived at Greentree before I got a job transfer to the northwest side. Everytime I called for a maintenace request it was always taken care off. I never had a disturbance nor problem with the office ladies, they are helpful and always smiling. Great place to live!!

The suites are not well insulated for winter and the heaters (in my and 5 other places I knew of) do not work well. You can hear voices from other rooms and stepping from upstairs is a noise every night. Have to pay own gas, electric, water/sewage. Worse, the apartment office sucks your money out when you move out by accusing you of damages and need of new carpet, etc. So cheap... not recommended for family or even singles who want quiet and clean place.
