I have hired him for a fascia repair that damaged in the storm. Graterol roofing asked for a high price to repair one single fascia. However, I did not have time, the reviews on HomeAdvisor looked fine, and I decided to move forward with them.

After the install, you could immediately realize that the fascia's color he installed did not match with other facias. More importantly it was crooked in one side and did not align with the other fascia next to it. When I mentioned to him these issues, he ignored the problems and tried to make excuses how the wood behind the fascia was not symmetric. I showed him the pictures of the previous fascia and made sure this was not the case. He said he had to make a new fascia to solve this issue and refused to fix it.

Graterol roofing did not stand behind their work, despite they understood that there was an obvious mistake. The bottom line is Graterol roofing could not replace even a single fascia properly. Imagine what would happen if they change the entire roof. My experience with them is: They are sloppy, are not knowledgeable, do not stand behind their work. I highly recommend to stay away from this company.
