I needed a tow on a flat bed from Plymouth Rd. in Ann Arbor to Belle Tire on Jackson. The man on the phone was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He quoted a price, but also referred to a towing company that was much closer to the location of our car if we were hoping to spend less. That is above and beyond.

Not only the owner is unhelpful to his customers but so is his employees. Its like they hate there jobs soo much they are taking out on us. I would never call this towing company again. High cost and sucky service, what happened to the customer is always right??

this towing company is the worst towing company i have ever used. Way over priced. Its like the owner is trying to keep his wife out of prison, so he's over charging his customers. Let me tell you something Owner to be a good company you need to take care of your customers. NOT OVERCHARGING THEM.
