John Thompson of Granny's PC does not seem to know anything about computers.

John Thompson of Granny's PC provides terrible service! He came to my son's house, took apart his computer, left to "go to Walmart for a video card" and did not return! He left the PC in pieces and did not even call. He was not only unable to fix the computer (which needed a video card update) but he was too rude and/or cowardly to say he could not fix it. My suggestion...DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!
