Failed to keep appointment or ...

Failed to keep appointment or to call. Apparently not reliable from the beginning. Can't imagine relying on them to do a good job. Wrote off as someone not to do business with. Will not get any future business from me. (Note: 1 star is only because it is required, not because they deserve it.
