This company isn't very good with follow ups. They came out on Aug. 15th to service a split hose on my whirlpool refrigerator. Told me it would be 10 days to get the part. It is now Oct. 6th....haven't heard a word from them. You might want to look elsewhere for appliance service. These guys stink.

Good service at a fair price. He fixed my freezer a couple of years ago which was still under warranty. Very good at letting me know that something should be covered and who to call. Came when he said he would come.
