I wrote the same review on Yelp, I just want everybody to be aware and careful.
If I could I would have given them 0 stars. Stay far away from this company. Apparently, based on what the dealership told me, they provided us with a used car at the price of a new one, which had illegally darkened tinted windows that put us in trouble. We trusted the company and believed the dark windows were standard (and legal) on this type of car, the tint were 20% above the legal rate. We got a ticket because of them and they refused to take care of it.
Not only, the secretary Joan was extremely rude, calling me names, refusing to pass on my call to her superiors and yelling at me like I was at fault. Clearly attack is the best form of defense when you know you are guilty.
Stay far far away. I am planning on taking them to small court.
BMW said they do not do tinted windows PERIOD, which means they sold me a used car for the price of a new one.

wonderful experience no pushy salesman no changing prices, these guys are the real deal , my acura mdx was 125$ a month cheaper I thought it was a scam because it was 30% cheaper than what I got quoted , they even delivered it to my home for no charge, theres only one place id ever lease or purchase a car from that's these boys over @ Global Auto Leasing in Brooklyn.

If I could rate it a 0, I would. Basically, Joan is the worst service representative on the planet. She's very rude to everyone and ignorant. I'm surprised that this place is even in business, because it surely doesn't deserve to be. I would highly recommend going elsewhere before even considering this place as a possibility. Usually I would never consider writing something like this, but believe me: this had such a negative effect that it had to be done. I don't want anyone else to suffer the same fate.

I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH GLOBAL LEASING. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL BETWEEN ADAM AND JOAN I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY ARE IN BUSINESS. IF I DECIDED EVERY TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM I WILL ONLY DEAL WITH JACK ASSISTANT JANICE. SHE IS THE BEST. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL. IF YOU CAN NOT DEAL WITH JANICE DO NOT GO TO GLOBAL.
