Glenn Peeples Crown Molding

Do not use Glenn Peeples! He is a shark and will not finish the job. We paid Glenn in full as he promised to complete our job the following day, but we have not seen him in 6 months. I have called many times and left countless messages. We are now filing a lean on his company for unfinished work. His company is not someone you want to work with or have in your home.

Did not have work done but I was quoted and when I asked for references they refused and said they were too busy to give references. Not the kind of company I would trust in my home and from the other reviews I see I made the right choice.

Hired Glenn Peeples to install crown molding in about 75% of my house. The day of install was a nightmare. Yelling ... Lots and LOTS of yelling, unhappy workers and sub-par workmanship. And, did I mention the yelling? On top of that, the paint they used wasn't even a proper white so when they were done, the crown molding didn't really 'pop' at all. In fact, it was hardly noticeable. There was caulk on my ceiling up to 1/2 inch from the crown in places, so it really didn't look that great. We had a quote from them to also do our baseboards but decided to get a quote from another company because the thought of having them back in our home was not at all enticing. We hired another company to crown mold the rest of the house and add 2 step to Glenn Peeples' crown job. They were quiet, efficient, had much higher quality workmanship and used WHITE paint. Oh, and the price was quite a bit better, as well! If I had known then what I know now, I would have hired the other company to do everything. In fact, I just gave them a deposit to come back and install tall baseboards. I have to say I could not recommend Glenn Peeples.

These guys have to be the worst contractors ever! They yelled at each other, cursed terribly and made racist comments to me throughout the entire job. The work they do is rushed and shoddy. I wish I had never heard of them before and could go back in time to tell myself not to have them to do any work in my house. I am now going to have to pay someone to rip out the work they did and redo the job I already paid Glenn and crew to do.



Do yourself a huge favor and skip these guys.



I am not sure how this guy got five stars from someone. The work is absolutely terrible.

Starting from the moment Mr. Peeples came for the estimate I had an uncomfortable feeling. Seeming like a snake oil salesman of sorts, I have no idea what I was thinking to allow him in my home to do work. The molding was not the 5 1/4 inch i ordered but the 4 inch. Of course I did not immediately realize that as I am not a carpenter. His lack of professionality is astounding along with a crew that seemed unhappy and uncaring. The work was decent but lacked the finished quality a true professional that takes care in his work would produce. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

Excellent workmanship! Very pleased with the whole house job. Molding changed the whole look of our home! Love it.

Not a good choice of Business. Even after reading one bad review about Glenn's Crown Molding, I still gave him a chance. Work was rushed and sloppy. Some of his workers are unprofessional and there were others that were respectful and tried to complete the job you wanted done. Glenn on the other hand doesn't lead by example of any sort. To make a long story short, he lied to me for a week about how he couldn't get back out to my home to correct a problem because of a broken ankle. It wasn't until he had learned that I stopped payment on a check, that he returned my call and told me he would be out the next day. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Pay attention to the reviews written or you will pay for the mistake you made by hiring him. It was not a good experience at all.

Glenn Peeples installed the crown molding throughout my new home and it looks FANTASTIC! I couldn't be happier with it. We didnt want to pay the builder to install it in the construction, so we did the crown molding after we closed. Glenn had installed crown molding in 2 of my neighbors' houses, and it looked great, so I had him come on over and give me an estimate, which was reasonable. The craftsmanship is great! Would definitely recommend
