Just got back from getting my windshield repaired. Picked up a rock in the windshield and needed to get it repaired before it started to crack. Don squeezed me in before another appointment and meet me at my desired location.

His work was quick and of good quality and he is reasonably priced. He also gave me advice on how to keep my headlights fog free. Will definitely use him again when in need of windshield repair.

Can headlamps really be restored? You Betchya! Don Dixon @Glass Technology did an "excellent" job recently on one of my motor-home rentals. I've been using Dons services since I first began my business in 2002. He is by far bar none the absolute best for repairing windshield chips and cracks. Fact is if he cant fix it he will tell you - he doesn't sell windshields , so there is no incentive for him to not repair yours if its at all possible. Take a look at the before and after photos I have posted ~ woohoo is an understatement as to the way I feel about what Don was able to do with some mighty poor headlamps!

Don drove from Sierra Vista to Naco, spent 3 hrs repairing several cracks on our RV windshield. Was patient, efficient and prided himself in doing it correctly. Cracks were each 12 inches long and are now almost invisible. We had stopped twice on our way from Alberta to have them fixed and each time the procedure failed. This time we are delighted. A rock smacked my window Saturday afternoon and left a good size star, approximately the size of a silver dollar.I called Don first thing Monday morning before he opened. He met me at work, and repaired the windshield. I was very surprised at how well the glass looked after he finished. He does quality work, is very responsive, quick, and the price is right.Don's a nice, hard working guy that will take care of you when you call him.

Went out to wash my car. Noticed a rather large crack in my windshield that I had not seen before. Checked DEX and found Don's information. Called and he was on his way home. He changed course, came to my house and examined the crack. Said it was too large to fix and that I therefore needed to have the glass replaced. He recommended a business that would replace the glass, called them to see if they had replacement in stock. I wound up making an appointment to have the replacement installed. Have no idea of what quality work Don does, but my guess, based on his concern for my problem is that it is good. I certainly will contact him if I have cracks in the future.

We have had Don fix a number of chips in the windshields of our truck and our car - always on time - always done correctly. In addition, I have had the headlights on my Tundra polished by Don- what a difference.If you need work done right and on time call Don.

After driving in a dust storm I got a large crack in my windshield. I was told I needed to get a new windshield. After talking to Don, he was able to repair it. He had it sealed in no time. And this was a crack not a chip! I really appreciate Don's honesty and efficiency. I would recommend calling Don and having him look at your windhsield before spending money on a new windshield.

I'd never had any windshield problems. Then a large crack appeared after driving through a dust storm. Several friends, none of whom knew what they were talking about, said I should just replace the whole thing. Don took one look, said that would be ridiculous and had it sealed in no time. Not only that, but he answered every question fired at him by my relentlessly inquisitive daughter. What's that? What's this? What does that do? Why does glass break? Have you seen the Alvin & The Chipmunks movie? Why not? Give Don a call. He'll get 'er done!

I have done business with Don for years. He has always been prompt, honest and also provides an excellent service. He will tell you if you need more than a repair, but he doesn't do that so you know you're getting an HONEST opinion.Lots of experience pays off in this field!

This is one of the best places I've brought my car to for a routine checkup. Every year I get my windows checked and cleaned, and everywhere I go somewhere different. This place has got to be the best windshield repair in SV! Mr. Dickson found a crack in my windshield that was about to get bigger and fixed it for me before it could grow! Not only that, he cleaned my headlights completely within only 15 minutes! He was intelligent, kind, reassuring and I know that I can trust him for the rest of my check-ups. Glass Tech. is the only place I'll be taking my car to from now on. I highly recommend him to everyone in this area.

This guy does not know what he is doing he promised a good repair but the crack ran all the way across. Ask around very shady person...........
