The glass tech broke the two pillar covers on my $50,000 vehicle and tried to glue them back on without telling us. Needless to say they came off. When he came back out he stated that he broke the clips and normally glue would hold it. When I told him I wanted them replaced because the factory apparently had clips and not glue in mind he reluctantly called his office. I was then told I would here from his office first thing Monday morning to get them replaced. I had to call them and was told they were just getting ready to call the dealer when I called, likely story. I was told by the "owner" that they may have to be ordered and i would have to wait. Unfortunately, the ford dealer said that the car should not be driven without these parts or damage will result to the other parts that hold the windshield. They also said they see this all the time when unskilled repairmen don't have the proper tools to remove these and end up breaking them off. When I told the "owner" that it could not be driven all she could say was "sorry". When I stated that she would need a rental car to get to work she simply said rather rudely that they would not do that. So, they will break pieces of your vehicle, make it un-driveable, and then tell you sorry you just have to stay home and wait while they order a part for you. By the way, the "owner" even said they normally just glue them back on which tells me they go into it with the intent of if it breaks just slap some glue on it and hope it holds. Luckily for us we have cameras at our house which caught the whole thing on camera including him breaking the parts and then attempting to glue them back on. If I don't here from them before lunch we'll call the family attorney and see if we can get action that way. Do not walk.......Run from this company.

When I got a chip in my windshield and need to get it repaired I called around and found that Glass Doctor had the best pricing in town by far. While I was waiting in the lobby I noticed a glass shower display that had been set up. Ironically, my wife and I were in the middle of remodeling our bathroom. I used my time to review the display. I was surprised to find out that they had a huge selection of shower glass that they could make to fit my bathroom. Later, I was at home when I told my wife about the shower glass display that I had seen earlier. She thought it would be a good idea to get a quote and see how much it would cost. She called Glass Doctor the later that week and made an appointment for them to come take a measurement. When the guy came out, Justin I think. He was very helpful taking the time to explain all the questions she had. We ended up ordering a glass shower from Glass Doctor and Justin even came back out to install it. I am so glad I shopped around windshield rock chip repair and ended up stumbling upon the center piece of our now beautifully remodeled bathroom.

They reattached the inspection tag and oil change sticker. The glass was clean and no remnants of the cracked windshield were left behind. Great job!

We were very pleased with the service and insulation of our frameless shower enclosure. Justin was the installer and was outstanding at doing his job. I would highley recommend Glass doctor and Justin to do there glass services.

I needed the glass replaced in a window of my garage due to some kids playing ball to close to the house. All I had to do was give them my nearest guess on the size, they quoted me instantly, and then were out the next day to do the job. Done. Complete. No long wait, no hassle, and a good price. Glass Doctor did a great job installing my new shower enclosure. From the ladies in the office to the technicians everyone was very professional. I went to thier showroom and Amber helped me pick out everything (you have to go there, they have some really nice things). And Justin, the technician was so polite and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. This experience was a nice change from some of the other contractors I have dealt with in the past. Glass Doctor's price and workamanship were excellent. They are even coming back to put up some mirrors and replace a fogged up window we have. I highly recommend Glass Doctor to anyone who is considering any glass work. Thanks Glass Doctor!

The Glass Doctor just put two beautiful glass showers in our home as well as the vanity mirrors. They did a wonderful job. I am very satisfied with my experience with them. They made evrything easy. We had some insulated windows in our home that were fogging up in between the glasses. I had called quite a few places to get estimates, but only Glass Doctor was able to get to me the NEXT day. The gentleman showed up during the time I was told he would be there, was so very polite and knowledgable and helpful. He took the measurements on all the necessary windows, and since he was there and my kitchen table was cracked, he also took measurements on that.The prices were both very reasonable so I decided to get both. The windows came in and when the gentlemen showed up to put them in, they were both courteous and careful of my home and it's funishings. They even cleaned up after themselves. My new windows look WONDERFUL.I am very happy with the quality of work, the prices, and the timely manner in which they were completed. I will absolutely recommend Glass Doctor to ANY and EVERY ONE.
