So bad experience with their customer service named Bob!!! He cut me off when couldn't answer my question. Less than one year of their paint work done with our window trim, the woodpecker holes came back again, obviously caused by the paint chips and wood face showed up! But they would not come back to fix it, unless we have to pay them again! Very very bad experience with Genesis Painting. Would never ever recommend to anybody to do business with them!! Be careful!

We shopped around and received a few estimates. Genesis was a little more than the others, but we had a bad experience with another painter in the past so we hired them to avoid problems. Our house was peeling bad and probably had lead paint. They had lead safe trained workers and kept the yard clean from chips. The workers were nice and the painting looks really great. Would use them again.

on time , professional ; from initial phone call , estimate ,paperwork ,set up, finish ,clean up , all very impressive ,next paint job i have i will call Genesis.

The proposal was detailed and the company rep was very thorough and friendly. The crew was clean and the paint job was really great.
