I had a house built 2 years ago and had general put all the duct work in and furnace/air conditioning..1 year later I was inspecting the work because I was not getting the proper air flow in the back bedroom.i found out that they never ran duct work to the bedroom .they just used the joists in the house as a way for the air to travel so the air ran free to everywhere ,but the bedroom.$2500.00 later to fix the mess I was mad! general refused to fix the problem and will never do business again with them.the vice president dave gillet and president dave oarr would not talk to me at all. never again will they set foot in my house or my rental properties!!!!!
