Misleading. MOUSEPADDIRECT.COM review is bogus! They are a chinese company.

For anyone to allow a review of their 'LOCAL' service by a Chinese mousepad company, much less a .com to be #1 on their site, just shows their total ignorance of computers.

Worthless Phone support tech person couldn't help me

says they are local but just an out source service, they will have you send your machine out for service
