After taking full payment ($6000), a year ago now, the work they got paid to do is still not finished. Today I was told they weren't coming back out to finish either! All my plumbing lines are laying on the ground under the house, they didn't secure them to the house like they are supposed to or insulate them like they said they'd do, my kitchen drain goes downhill then back uphill so there's no way for the waste water to drain properly and another line that was supposed to be changed out never got done. I was never given the CCB forms that are supposed to be handed out by EVERY licensed contractor, nor did they bother to get a permit for the work they were doing. I recommend that you steer clear of this unscrupulous, hockey outfit!
