Don't be fooled by the A+ rating. This company has bad business practices. They claimed they fixed my leaking toilet and "guaranteed" it for 30 days. When it started leaking again in few hours, I called to have them come back and they claimed I must have sat on the toilet too hard and broken it, which is strange since it had not been used. They then said the problem was not fixable. A different plumber I called out was shocked to see the G & R "fix" was a wax seal inside the tank, which was no fix at all. The real fix was replacing a part, something the "plumber" at G & R could not figure out. Save yourself aggravation and find a different plumber.
