I ordered Dish t v and they were to send a Frontier tech to install service. This was in February. I am getting bills from Frontier. At no time did a tech come and provide service. Needless to say I have been trying to get cooperation from the billing department to remove the charges. I do not have an account with Frontier. They did not install Service.
I have paper work and proof that I do not have an account with Frontier.
I had no service for a week so I called my old provider and they came out the same day as I requested.
I think that Frontier does not deserve any stars!
