Very bad neighbor, constantly allows customers to park in a "No Parking" area. Because of this it is extremely dangerous for people pulling out of Bayview Park Lane onto Mount Pleasant as you can not see on coming traffic coming from the South (going towards hwy 101). This business has no concern as to the safety of others. I've seen him on numerous times outside with his customers and he doesn't tell them to move.
