Everyone in this office has respect for there patients. Some doc offices just put up with ppl. These doctors/nurses/techs like to "actually help" ppl. I never like going to doctors til I came here. It doesn't bother me now and with one particular nurse smiling, I enjoy being there, really...

Hello, I first want to say after 7 months of pain with no relief, this is the worse doctors office I have ever experienced in my life. They can't schedule appointments in a reasonable time frame and don't care. That is the key word " they don't care". I've had good doctors in the past and great ones. This whole practice should be closed! They are no service to anyone. They loose mri's and paper work among other things. The girl that handles workers comp, is so negligent in her duties. she should not be working in any office. Always excuses, no returned calls to patient or workers comp them self. When they complain in writing to me you know it's bad. The office manager won't even call back. Workers comp has complained more than once about them. The pain doctor just randomly tried shots and things as he felt like, based on no mri! Just saw the neurologist at an appointment that I waited for 2 months and he never showed. They had a pa come in ask questions and do basic tests. Then said I think it's you neck causing pain in your back, based on nothing. I went on my own and got new better mri that shows a problem in L5-S1. The pa never talked one word about it. They don't care about you and your pain at all. Very negligent , wild goose chase. Now, they want me to get a mri in my neck for my lower back and then reschedule an appointment which will probably take 3 more months. Workers comp thinks they are negligent in their duties. I'm still trying to get a call back from them. I do not wish them on anybody. They are not the solution, they are the problem.

I was a patient with a few of the drs at FSI. The surgeon I first saw had sent me to other drs within FSI that perform different tests that led to the desicion to do the sugery. I did not have a problem with any of the specialists I saw. After surgery, I saw a dr for pain management for several years. I received wonderful and courteous care. i would still go to FSI if my insurance allowed it.

I visited this office twice and recieved fairly decent treatment the first visit. I was only seen by one of the two Physicians Assistants and not a Dr. himself. This was understandable because he was in emergency surgery with another patient. The next visit however, I was seen by a different Physicians Assistant, who was absolutely terrible! He was extremely pushy and rude. He claimed he had twenty years experience, but he acted very cold and unfriendly. When testing my limitations, he performed a barrage tactic where he asked questions in a very rude manor and very hastily. Then when he left the room, I could hear him in the other room talking about myself and other patients very rudely. As if he were down playing our symptoms. I could hear him with the door closed! I myself have already had surgery once on my back, so I know my limitations aren't fabricated. When the Dr. entered the exam room, he didn't even perform any examination for himself. He was recommending treatment soleIy off of his assistant's hastily performed examination. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. There are numerous professional neurosurgeons available so I would pick someone else. It was a first experience for me, that I hope nobody has to encounter.
