I just had a water mitigation job completed by these guys this past week. Steve was to my house within an hour of calling. He was honest and to the point and didn't try to sugar-coat the facts. And I didn't feel pressured to have to accept his services just because he came out. He simply diagnosed the situation and gave me all of my options. In fact, he was more than willing to even give me DIY advice. But in the end, I decided it was better to leave the cleanup to the professionals. He (as well as his team) made me feel like a valued customer rather than "just another job." Efficient, competent, friendly, and reliable. I highly recommend Flood & Fire Solutions, Inc.

I have a very long story that started back on Jan 11, 2017 about what I went through with some Companies (one that just "showed up" after my neighbors house caught fire and spread to mine, and then lol, one of my Insurance companies contractors), to make the story short as possible, let me just say it was a horrible experience as I caught them in numerous lies, & they were NOT thorough or into the small details, at all. I was beyond frustrated, tired, stressed, and so disappointed. And THEN, what I will always call absolute fate, I found Flood & Fire Solutions doing an internet search, spoke with a very sweet & understanding receptionist at the MaComb office who put me on the phone with Craig who took all my information, and gave it to Steve Waga out at the Saginaw location and said Steve would be getting a hold of me to follow up and they would help me get everything taken care of. WHICH Steve did (and if my memory serves me correct, within the hour) and all i have to say is from DAY ONE, Steve has kept his word, been nothing but kind, patient, professional, and understanding and always follows up on all my (prob) silly ocd questions and concerns, handled all the chaos I had been going through with my LESS than amicable & honest Insurance adjuster and has all the certifications necessary that made it impossible for her to deny & dispute things that needed to be done. I CANNOT say ENOUGH good things about Saginaw Flood & Fire Solutions. In addition to Steve, everyone that has been out to my place to review the work that needs to be done (Tom, Larry) have also been kind, professional and understanding as well. I am so grateful I found them. I would put them up against any other company just from the experience I have had to date. I work in the Automotive Industry as Supplier Quality so I KNOW how important it is to try and keep Customers happy when the calls & emails do not stop coming, and far as I am concerned, Flood & Fire Solutions, Inc is ON POINT, and I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone needing this kind of help. And when the work is complete, I will post again, but just wanted to share what my experience has been with them to date.
