He was honest and to the point and didn't try to sugar-coat the facts. And I didn't feel pressured to have to accept his services just because he came out. He simply diagnosed the situation and gave me all of my options. In fact, he was more than willing to even give me DIY advice. But in the end, I decided it was better to leave the cleanup to the professionals. He (as well as his team) made me feel like a valued customer rather than "just another job." Efficient, competent, friendly, and reliable. I highly recommend Flood & Fire Solutions, Inc.
