Randy is THE BEST! Unfortunately he is retired!
Had given me his personal cell phone number and would set up a service call even before the warranty company reached him!
Any problems were quickly resolved. I noticed the bad comments were from 2016!!!

No stars did most the work got paid , didn't want April air put it in put it in anyway with a broken part , six months later ,fully paid no part no phone answers after five , no answers , no calls , he gets his money and runs . we tried nice no calls no answers , wow should never trust family !!! Depending on who they are ! Now court if no calls in 48 hours!

We recently received a very fair bid from Randy Fleming Htg for a complete air and furnace replacement. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Randy is a true professional and his guys very hard working and pleasant. Very neat in clean up, as well. Highly recommend Randy Fleming in Roscoe.

Randy is one of the most honest people in the area. Our furnace stopped working and he called us back personally to let us know he'd be over in less than an hour. The service tech was very nice and polite. I will never use another company again. Thanks Randy.

Randy Fleming Heating & AC sold us a high efficiency (16 SEER) Amana furnace and air conditioning system. What RFH & AC installed in our home was a lower efficiency system. We only found this out after NICOR/COMED rejected our $900 rebate paperwork. Mr. Fleming was surprisingly non-responsive to many requests for corrective action so we had to go to use the legal system. We won in small claims court (Judge Lisa Fabiano) and then Arch Heating & Cooling did an excellent job installing the correct hardware. I returned the lower efficiency hardware to RFH & AC per the court instruction. Rather than pay the court ordered damages, Randy Fleming tried unsuccessfully to sue me $100,000 for defamation. Judge Eugene Doherty dismissed the defamation suit with prejudice (strongest dismissal method possible). Finally, RFH&AC paid the court ordered damages with interest for late payment. Getting burned twice by a contractor we trusted was a painful experience for my wife and myself. Thank goodness for the court system. This review is being provided as a public service.

We used Randy Fleming Htg & AC after we were told by a different local company that our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. Called Randy Fleming for a 2nd opinion and after an $80 service call our furnace was up and running! Honest & professional! Call RANDY FLEMING HTG in Roscoe (not the Fleming in So Beloit).
