Jerry was doing all the driveways in our neighborhood so we jumped on board. Not even 1 year later & all the asphalt is pebbling up. Tried calling 3 times. No response to 1st message. By 3rd attempt, the office phone # is disconnected & no reply from my cell phone message. Jerry's not a man of his word. Gave us 10 year guarantee that is good for nothing in even under 1 year!

Jerry, owner of First Choice did a marginal and unprofessional job resetting EP Henry pavers in our back yard. He didn't even glue some of the pavers on the steps. He took ALL THE CASH, which is what he asked for, left his wheelbarrow and some other stuff, doesn't return our calls or emails. HE DIDN'T DO WHAT HE SAID THAT HE WOULD DO. We have filed complaints and hope to someday collect the money that we will have to pay someone else to get the work finished. HE IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD. IN SHORT, HE RAN OFF WITH MONEY FOR WHICH HE DIDN'T DO THE WORK, MONEY THAT HE DIDN'T EARN, AND MONEY THAT HE WAS NOT ENTITLED TOO. SHOULD HAVE NEVER GIVEN HIM ALL THE MONEY UNTIL WE WERE COMPLETELY SATIFIED. WE TRUSTED HIM THAT HE WOULD COME BACK AND FINISH THE WORK AND DO IT PROPERLY. HE ALSO SPOKE OF A 5 YEAR GUARANTEE - HAVEN'T SEEN OR HEARD FROM HIM SINCE HE GOT OUR MONEY. HE GAVE US THE IMPRESSION THAT IT WOULD TAKE A LONG TIME TO DO THE WORK - THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. HIS PRICE WAS VERY HIGH BASED ON TIME ACTUALLY WORKED AND THE LITTLE BIT OF MATERIALS THAT THEY PROVIDED. OUR COMPLAINT IS NOT HIS PRICE, THAT'S ON US, BUT THE FACT THAT HE DIDN'T DO WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO - HE DIDN'T DO WHAT WE PAID HIM TO DO. NOT A PERSONALITY CONFLICT, GAVE HIM PLENTY OF CHANCES TO MAKE GOOD ON THE CONTRACT; BUT HE DECIDED NOT TOO. DOESN'T MAKE SENSE WHY HE DIDN'T DO WHAT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO; BUT HE DIDN'T.
