I had many different estimates on a roof for my house and Fichtner Services was the best. They were professional in every way. They made sure that we were satisfied with all the work. I would recommend this company to family and friends they were awesome.

This is the second time we have used Fichtner Services to fix two different roof leaks. Fichtner Services is efficient, courteous, and professional. When it is time to replace our crappy roof that the prior owner installed, Fichtner Services will be our first call. Don't waste time or money using anyone else.

Wonderful job redoing my deck. Took one day and I was able to use the deck immediately. It looks great. They even used screws instead of nails, which I appreciated!

We recently hired Fichtner Services to bring our insulation up to standard in the attic. The first thing I noticed was the preparation that the tech (Carl) did prior to starting the job. He covered every inch of the areas he would be accessing the work area. He was polite during the entire time he was here, and upon finishing he cleaned up after himself as good as I have ever seen from a contractor. The office staff was also very professional each time we spoke. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have had Fichtner Services to my home several times to address a problem with Raccoons. Both times I was impressed with the professionalism, promptness, and fairness of the team. I would recommend Fichtner to any home owner in need of roof repairs. Excellent work!

I had Fichtner Services come out and replace some shingles and do a roof inspection in March 2014 after a wind storm blew off shingels on our 9 year old house. After examining the work done, I noticed several items in the contract scope of work that were not completed or missed. I contacted Fichtner Services and rescheduled them to come back out in April to complete the work missed the first time. Job was completed on April 14, 2014. First crew in March seemed to lack attention to detail (in and out in 45 mintues) and did not do a thorough job. In fact, one section of the roof was completely missed. Second crew under Tom Fichtner's supervision did a better job and were more thorough. Tom was nice to deal with and made sure the second crew addressed everything. I would recommend Fichtner Services, but would also recommend homeowners inspect the work performed and make sure you're completely satisfied with the overall product and workmanship. This goes for any contractor performing work at your home.

Working with the professionals in this company was awesome from start to finish. They were courteous, responsive and efficient. They installed a high-quality roof in a day, and had the best price. Theirs was a job well done. I will recommend them to my neighbors and will hire them for other home improvement projects.

Very efficient and on time. The production coordinator was on site all the time to monitor and report progress of the work. the quality of the work is impeccable.

Excellent job. Showed up on time, Courteous staff and very good workmanship. Did extensive soffit work and some roof work on a 90+ day. Installed two bathroom exhaust kits and related roof work. Outstanding job cleaning up and we appreciated the use of a magnet to pick up any stray screws.

Wow. What an amazing company! We had been experiencing a few leaks in our roof, and after making several calls to local contractors who either never returned our call or never came out for an estimate, we were finally referred to Fichtner Services. Not only did we receive prompt service and attention from our first call to them, the contractors showed up to our house exactly when they said they'd be there, finished the job in less than two hours, and cleaned up beautifully when they finished. Receiving a follow up call a few days later to check on our satisfaction with the job was a nice touch that so many companies these days don't even take the time to do. And the icing on the cake? Not cringing with worry every time it rains anymore! No more leaks!!! I would confidently recommend Fichtner Services to anyone who is looking for a prompt, reliable, honest contracting company to take care of any of your home improvement and repair needs. It's no surprise they are rated so high by the Better Business Bureau!

I am very happy with their service. They came when they said they would. They fixed my roof in a timely manner and when they left everything was clean and neat. I have used them twice before and have always been impressed with their work. I definitely will be a return customer!

Pleased with the thoroughness of the job - from getting the job estimate all the way to completion of the work. The re-roofing was done in one day and the work on the portico was very professionally done.

The day before we were leaving on vacation we noticed the roof was leaking and feared we would come home water damage and need a new roof. Fichtner Services promptly came out replaced a few shingles and rotted vent pipe seals before it rained again. In addition, they did a complete roof inspection and told us roof was good for a few more years. We thank them for the prompt work and honesty.

We had a serious problem with ventilation in our attic space that caused condensation on our living room ceiling. Fichtner Services came up with a wonderful solution of a roof fan, that operates on both temperature and humidity situations. Their installer, Douglas was absolutely fabulous. He recognized where we need air to flow, and quickly completed the job. They were not only efficient but cleaned up the area as if they had never been there. With the continued extreme heat of this summer, we would have been in deep trouble without all of their help.

Fichtner was recommended to us by a neighbor. Our experience was great from start to finish. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and the removal of the old roof and installation of a new one was completed in 1 day. They cleaned up very well, too. We are very satisfied.
