From the beginning it has been our goal to provide consistent quality craftsmanship for our customers, by using our own employees for the design, wood construction, painting, and finishing phases of our homes, we have been able to achieve and maintain our goal. We typically construct 3-4 new homes a year with our team of experienced craftsmen. In addition to our own employees, we utilize the our long established relations with the best local sub-contractors for the balance of the technical specialties such as: plumbing, HVAC, wiring, plastering, masonry, etc. In a small town New Hampshire our next customer depends on the satisfaction of our last customer! Word of mouth is still our best advertising for now over 25 years.

I spoke to some of the locals and was able to find Fenton Varney as a local builder. Once I saw some of his work I knew he would be the right builder for what we were looking for

The initial consultation with Fenton was great. He worked really hard to get everything we wanted into the design that we wanted. I am glad we went with him as our custom builder.
