Rusty Bullard does not follow through on his word and does not do what he says he will do. He installed a fence with mold infested boards. The mold popped out after the first good rainfall and a bit cooler weather. It is only about 4 or 5 boards and it's very ugly. Fence was installed mid August 2014. Problem was reported about 3rd week of October.

On October 31, 2014 Rusty Bullard inspected it and said "I've never seen this before". Before he left our property he said it would be at least a week before he would get to it. We also wanted a bid on the rest of our property. When that bid never came I started to inquire about what was going on and things went sour. I informed him he needed to do what he said he would do which is replace the moldy boards.

"Call someone else!" was the last we heard from R. Bullard.
