I called Feldco on 7/22/2013 to have a rep come out to my fathers house and give a estimate for windows, siding, soffit and fascia. I was asked if I was the home owner. I explained that I was not, my father is out of town for the week and it was my job to gather estimates from various companies while he was gone so when he returns we could make a decision on what company to go with. I was told they would not send a rep out to the residence without the home owner present. Frustrated, I asked to speak with a manager. After explaining myself again, explaining that I was acting on behalf of my father and would be making all decisions on style of windows & siding so a estimate could be put together. I was again told they would not send a rep out without the homeowner present.

Why is this? This is because Feldco use high pressure salesman that want you to sign a contract right there on the spot. . This is, in my opinion poor business practices. Any business that is willing to lose $20-25,000 dollars worth of business because we wouldn't be signing a contract that day is ridiculous.

Called for a quote and they would not provide one without signing a contract. Poor business ethics.

Feldco was an excellent choice. The windows are top quality and I enjoyed working with the representatives of Feldco. They were professional and dedicated. What struck me most about Feldco windows was the affordability of the product. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else.

Feldco was an excellent choice for quality windows. The employees I worked with for my project were experienced and professional. I had many questions about their products, and they were able to answer them all. I would definitely recommend purchasing windows with Feldco in the future.

I was very happy with the service that I received from FELDCO. The installers were there very early and even though there was an ant infestation around the area they worked until late evening. I wanted to call and award them for their hard work and professionalism, but I figured this would be better. I normally don't go online much besides my email account -- but I wanted to let Feldco know that they earned my trust and my business for years to come.
