This company came out to fix my dryer and did way more damage than good. First of all, they couldn't get the dust blown out of the motor like I knew should have been done and secondly, THE BROTHER OF THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY BROKE THE FRAME ON MY DRYER! He didn't bother saying ma'am while trying to clean your machine I accidently broke the frame no nothing as if I wouldn't have looked into my dryer to see what was done. They also wanted to take my electric dryer outside to wash it out with the water hose....does that make sense to anyone?? I didn't think so. Bottom line is instead of them fixing the problem they caused a bigger one and I had to purchase a whole new unit. My experience would have been alot better if they were knowledgable about fixing what was wrong and being honest about causing $300 dollars more worth of damage in addition to what already needed to be fixed. In my opinion stay away from this company when it comes to fixing appliances. They also have a insect control business. I'm not sure how that's run but the appliance side is a no go for me.....
