Horrible experience with this company. Give me false information about sewer line condition which is in favor of the home seller (who paid them for the inspection). If I follow their suggestion, it will cost me thousands of dollars lost. The sewer inspector I hired found the mark on the ground at the same issue spot as he found, which meant that the problem was found at Fast Flo Draining inspection, but the inspector (Jeff) tried to cover it by telling me the line is the best he ever inspected and he would buy the house if it were not in Aurora. He only mention that there is small gap and there is no issue. I called them back with the new sewer result but got hung up. Never use this company! Do not waste your time or money on this company.
