This is an excellent office. The staff is very professional. They take their time and explain all the coverages to you.

There's not a more welcoming insurance office you can find than Farmers A Matin's office. Everyone is really welcoming, nice and helpful! And their rates are great!!! Mr Matin even gives out his cell phone so that you can reach him anytime! They give you excellent service and excellent rates! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.for their rates, service, professionalism and knowledge!

I was in a tough spot where insurance had lapsed and needed to get something in place ASAP, but was in a very tough place financially and not able to get all the bells and whistles. I reached out to half a dozen different places to do some price comparison and ended up going with the Farmers Insurance coverage for home & auto with A Matin. Unlike almost everyone else I spoke with, he understood my present situation and sold me only what I needed. He set the stage for a conversation in the future where we can revisit and make sure I have the best coverage, but knowing where I'm at today he didn't waste his time or mine trying to sell me an expensive package. I very much appreciate & respect his way of doing business. A great guy to do business with.

I currently have my home and auto insurance with Farmers Insurance, and Adem Matin is my agent. I have had two great experiences with this agency. First, when I was applying for my mortgage, the lender was being difficult about pretty much everything, including the required homeowners insurance. Mr. Matin worked directly with the lender to smooth it out, and the problem was solved. The second experience happened when I needed to add auto insurance late on a Friday, as I was picking up my new car on Saturday. Christina (producer) stayed late to help me, worked through some glitches, and made absolutely sure I got the coverage I needed on my new car. In both instances, they went above and beyond to serve their customer, and have earned my loyalty. Farmers Insurance Forest Hills agency is the best!

I would highly recommend this office as an the best insurance agency in town. They are highly competitive with their rates, and their service is incredible. My producer worked very hard to make sure I am always getting the best deals, and he's great with explaining coverage levels in a way that is easily understood. Not a pushy sales agency at all, but they will let you know how you can get better deals and value. They are very proactive, personable, and genuinely caring, and I am very comfortable knowing that I have the right person handling my insurance with this agency. I have recommended them on many occasions, and the people I've referred to them are also very happy with their service level. I give them 5 stars.

I recently changed insurance providers and after doing research, Mr Maten and his team were able to save me over $1300 a year! With the same coverage as a competitor. I also bought a new home and was able to take my savings and put it toward the home owners insurance with a little spending money for my self! :) This agency entire staff really care about there customers i get regular useful emails not junk. I have been so happy with the customer service here i have referred them numerous times to friends and coworkers. Highly recommended!

Farmers Insurance forest hills agency entire team do an exceptional job of customer service! My landlord sent me a confusing email about renter's insurance, and when I forwarded it to Mr. Matens office, they took care of everything! Honestly, found the place through a simple google search and it was one of the ads. Figured I'd call and see and wow what a surprise. The rep who took care of me was Adem. and he was better than great. Very empathetic to my situation and worked hard to get me the absolute best deal. He got me taken care of almost $800 less per year then the next best deal I found. Very nice guy, very streamlined process. I highly recommend.

Upon seeking insurance for a commercial property I decided to call several folks I found on the internet, mainly google and yelp. Adem quickly returned my call and got us going. I needed the insurance quickly so I talked to a few folks, getting several quotes. Adem was one of the first to get back with me with an excellent quote! And I do say EXCELLENT quote. The higher ends of the quotes were $15k with many of them arriving in the $12k range. Adem got it for around $8k! I quickly moved on this so we could close on the office building. I was also buying a house so I could live closer to my new, shiny office building. To close on the house insurance is also needed so it was an easy decision to give Adem' company a shot. In addition to my new house, I went ahead and got insurance on the old house (which I'm keeping to rent) along with my cars. He introduced me to Christina, who was just as quick at getting the quote. This time I only got quotes from two folks, Farmers Insurance Forest Hills office and another company recommended by my agent... I suppose I got the second quote out of habit but Farmers forest hills sold me from the first transaction. Again, Farmers came through with a great quote. Though it was around the amount as the insurance company recommended by my friend, it was an easy decision to go with Farmers because 1) its nice to keep my insurance with the same company and 2) Farmers had the best price, and 3) they were EASY to work with. 4) Their entire staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
