Got an estimate and decided to go ahead with the plan during that meeting. 2 weeks later, I'm not even on the schedule. I only get "I'll give you a call when I have a day." No notice that they couldn't do it. 2 weeks after that I paid someone else to do it that was actually professional. A few days after that I guess he sent someone to my house and they saw that the work was completed by a pro.



1st he wanted me to still pay him for labor and the materials because he must've hired some people to go get supplies and drive to my house. After realizing that asking for materials that I never received would be completely asinine ($330 on a $1100 quoted job that takes 2 hours and 2 guys), he still wants me to pay him $120 for labor that I received nothing for. He's threatening to put a mechanic's lien on my house if I don't pay him $120 for 2 people to drive to my house (seriously). So I can't even be sure he's not just trying to scam me as I received absolutely nothing from him.

I just had Far West Roofers, Inc. complete there roofing job on my house.I had my old swamp cooler removed along with the turtle vents. I also had the old shingles and other material removed down to the wood decking. All the holes in the decking were filled properly.The roofing crew were very courteous and very maticulous.The forman allways had time to answer my questions.I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the cost.

I had Far West Roofing replace several missing shingles. Doug was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a very fair price and the job was done the very next day. While they were repairing my roof, they even noticed a piece on siding that was loose and secured it for me. Since the repair I had a lot of wind without any issues. I am extremely happy with Far West and will recommend to friends.

I called 7 roofers on Dex Knows.com, including Far West, to have them give me estimates on a home I am purchasing. I had a due diligence deadline to meet and told each of them that I depended on them to get me the estimates within a 5 day deadline. The ONLY one who did is Far West. In fact, the roofer even called me from the roof while he inspected it because I could not be there. He quickly answered all my emails after he sent me the estimate and his price was fair too. The rest of the roofers... horrible customer service, too high priced and terrible timing! If they treat their potential customers this way, I would hate to see how they might treat their roofs! Thanks much Far West - you saved me money on my new home and I will be in touch with you very soon on that estimate.
