aaa called f&d auto to pickup my daughters car with their flat bed truck.the driver of the truck had the angle of the bed too high.when their driver started to pull the car on the flat bed the angle of the flat bed made the nose of the car drag on the ground. we were yelling to the driver to stop because he was damaging the whole front of the car but he said that was normal.it was not normal.the whole front of the car needs to be repaired. f&d auto was there to pick up the car,but not cause extensive body damage. i would not use this company if anybody wants their car in one piece for a simple road side towing.
