Bought my new floors a couple months ago and I LOVE them. Mr. Miller was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me design my home. He was also extremely patient while I made my decision. I would definitely recommend this business.

Worst experience of my life. I was forced to take off 5 different times to get the installers to so the job correcly (should have been a 1 day install) . Installers broke my new floor and tried to hide it with super glue. Living in a house with partially completed floors for alomost a month was ridiculous. Lesson learned. I would advise you drive right past these guys if you want a floor installed properly and in a timely manner.

Buyers beware! I had flooring installed a couple of months ago and after several attempts it's still not right. I'm unhappy and out of $1,300. The installer was rude toward the end of the installation when needed to move furniture that was previously agreed to be moved. The floor is peeling up and the owner has yet to make this right. I wish I would have chosen a different company and wish I had not chosen their installation crew.
