I was very disappointed with this company's service. A guy came in with just a RugDoctor Carpet Cleaner I could have rented from Big Lots. He was here a total of 15 minutes and the carpet still looks the same as it did before. Asked for a bucket to put hot tap water in the little machine. None of the high traffic areas were cleaned properly. They didn't leave an invoice and only accept cash or check. Would not promote this company or service. It was total easy of time and money.
