I only gave one star because I had to give a star! I would prefer not to give even one star. The party planners never delivered our ponies. They called to let me know they were stranded on the highway and never even offered to refund my money that I had to pay up front! I had to ask two separate people for my refund! 30 children were very disappointed! I never received an apology from the party planner!

i.e., A lThe initial reservation went well, I put a $50 deposit on my credit card at that time. That was the end of the good experience. Four days before my event, I received a phone call stating that since my reservation, their prices had gone up. I explained that I already put $50 down which should in turn, reserve the party at the quoted price, not their new price. Sheila agreed and I ended the call. The bounce house arrived at 8am. They said it would be there at 7am but I was ok with them being late as per my agreement, it was supposed to arrive at noon but per my confirmation e-mail (which I wouldn't have received had I not requested it due to the price change phone call I received!), it was scheduled for 7am. We paid for a bounce house until 8pm, 1 hour clown services for balloons and face painting and 1 hour for 2 ponies. The clown arrived on time and was excellent. The ponies were supposed to be at the party by 5pm. I received a phone call at 4:30 stating the driver broke down on the highway and we wouldn't be getting ponies. I called back and asked if they could get someone else to hitch the ponies up and bring them. I was told I'd get a call right back. I never received a call. I phoned the company directly and was told they were working on it but it wouldn't likely happen as it was too late in the day. We had 30 children excited for pony rides and had to disappoint them all by letting them know they weren't coming! I then had to ask for my cash back! After speaking to two separate employees, nobody even mentioned my refund! The person that set up the bounce house returned our cash but came an hour early to take the bounce house down. The party was Saturday. I haven't heard a word from the company since. I was expecting an apology but I'm sure that's not going to happen. I would NEVER recommend this company.
