I had to call them every day for two weeks to get them to install a furnace. They did not call back when they promised and never responded to voicemail. Every time I talked to them it was a different excuse - they couldn't find the tech's report, on the day they were supposed to install they found damage on the unit (that they had gotten at least two days before), and on and on. They actually told me at one point that the tech reported he had already installed the unit! When they called to say the tech was on the way to install, they said a $600 charge was due when he arrived - this was the first time after talking to them every day for two weeks that they mentioned this charge. I had been patient up until this point, but that sent it over the edge. Promptly fired them and will never let them near my house again. Then they told my home warranty company that I never paid the service fee, 10 days after they cashed my check.
