When I first called Wanda, she immediately wanted to know where I lived. Nothing about her services, what to expect or what my needs were. I set-up an appointment asking if she able to come on a Saturday morning. She was scrambling on the phone to get my address because she did not have her calendar on her. She get my info and then asked me to call her and remind her on Friday about the appointment. (That should have been a sign) So I call her Friday afternoon reminding her of the Saturday morning appointment and confirmed the appointment was on. Saturday morning comes and it is 30 min past our scheduled appointment. I call Wanda and she said "oh I'm getting ready for a wedding, can we do this tomorrow." WOW.... no thank you, I will take my business somewhere else.
