Terrible Results & Terrible Service

Having paid more than $250 for a supposed "Intensive Deep Clean", I was disgusted with the results. Worse, the owner refused to give any sort of refund, even though her cleaning team did not complete the service that was promised. The website and owner blatantly lied about many aspects of their services.



Here are just a few examples:

They did not complete at least 50% of the items on their website list of regular cleaning coverage.

Much of the cleaning that was completed was subpar.

The cleaning crew did not have uniforms or any sort of identification when they arrived at my home.

They did not offer a formal inspection for me to realize the magnitude of the poor service until it was too late.

Communication with the owner has been extremely negative.



I had to learn the hard way; please do not waste your time or money with this company.
