For having such a wonderful person in your company. Jessica is an awesome girl she always takes my payment with a smile and is always smiling. I love that service that no matter how crowded is in there and how much people there is she manages to treat all the customer with a smile. I dont know how she does it because I have seen customer that are mean and rude and yet she is always smiling! Jessica is a great!

Estrella Inusurance is a great company I started my policy with Jessica she was nice enough to go step by step on all the coverages that I needed and really proffesional letting me know what all the coverages meant it was my first time getting insurance on my car. service. I have been with Estrella for over a year now thanks to Jessica that she recommended me. I was impress by the service she gave me the moment I walk in really cheerful greeting all the customer the moment they will walk in that door. I can say that though the office does get really busy and sometime the wait is like 30-40 minutes but that is not her fault there are only like 2 agents there and I think they should put more. But Jessica does her job great informing the customers and apologizing for the long wait that we sometimes have to wait. She makes us feel much more welcoming :) and relaxed. Again thanks estrella for having such great person like Miss Jessica

Estrella is one of the best insurance rates. I like that the personnel in the sahara/valley view location they are all nice. But no one like Ms. Mendoza, Jessica I look her up on your website and its her, She is such a great person always helpful and cheerful i have never seen such great customer service until I went to this office she is always so cheerful on the phone and in person... I needed renters insurance to move into my apartment and Estrella made it a really easy process. Spoke with a Jose and had renters insurance in less than 15 minutes and he followed up with the property management for me to show proof of insurance.



Got more coverage for less money too.



Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

What I like about these guys is the attention to details in their personal service, be it over the phone or in person they are always very courteous to me and always help me, whether making a payment presenting documents or other related stuff.

Wow, i shopped for insurance for about two days straight. I originally called these guys for a quote and they gave me a really good price but i was a little skeptical so i kept calling around. they were the best deal for the coverages i needed. not only did they educate me about my coverages but they saved me money. i would recomend to anyone. BTW.. the wait times are not bad at all especially if you make an appointment.

I got a quote over the phone that was really good. I then drove to the insurance center waited 45 minutes to be seen, then when I was finally seated I was told something completely different, even with a confirmation number. Prices changed, insurance plans changed, and even deductibles changed. I would not only warn you to stay away but would tell you from experience to not to waist as much time, and energy as myself. And at the end the only one who gets upset, and inconvenienced is YOU.

I trust Estrella for my auto and homeowners insurance. They are knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. I recently put in a claim, which was handled quickly and efficiently. They took care of all the details so fast and I was able to get back on the road. I would highly recommend them.
