A few months ago I received a flyer in the mail to try out Ernest Pools, so I gave them a call. The owner Ernest came out and gave me the estimate, he was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. I agreed to try Ernest Pools and I cannot be any happier with their service - they are the nicest people. Its a family owned business so the customer service has been superb.

Great experience with this family operated company. Fast and reliable service. My pool came out amazaing.

Less than a year ago Ernest Pools replaced the pump for my pool. It broke about 7 months later. After checking the electrics were working and chasing Ernest constantly (they never return phone calls) they refused to take any responsibility and insisted it was my job to go back to the manufacturer to replace the pump. It's like taking your car in for a new engine, the car breaking and the garage saying go back to the engine makers. Very poor service and I recommend you avoid this company.
