I can't believe these guys can stay in business. For the record, my repair did get completed - but it took a week and nothing this company told me about when and what would happen turned out to be true. Also nothing happened without multiple phone calls from me and only if I spoke to a live person; not a single voicemail was returned over several days. Servicemen came a minimum of 5 hours after the scheduled window and I was not advised of when my part was in so as to schedule a final service call. Not a good experience.
