Provided by YP.comEach week they show up with a different, untrained crew that doesn't do even the basics promised on the cleaning "check-sheet." The chemicals they use are so harsh they discolored several of our appliances, and they use dirty mops and old vacuum cleaners so our entire house smelled like wet dog. We called them back at least ten times to finish or correct their work. My husband arrived home to find one of the workers (and his mother!) using a $3,000 piece of our medical equipment! That was the last straw.
After reading this review, I was somewhat surprised. I have never had to respond to any one customer with negative comments over ten times. On occasion, we may miss something or not do clean well enough, and if called back we have fixed it. Our mops are cleaned on a regular basis, and we use simple green and other green products. We do sometimes use an aggressive bathroom product as needed to deal with soap scum, mildew, or hard water deposits. We do have some employee turnover, but usually try to have the same team clean a home. Our vacuums may look old, but they are constantly being rebuilt with new parts to keep them running efficiently. They are used 7 to 8 times a day 5 days a week.
