TESTIMONIAL - for me, after 2 1/2 years at my new home, as excited as my wife and I were for Summer to arrive, it would always be the wasps inside the house that came in through a window when we were cleaning, or a door, through a vent, who knows. Even just sitting outside with a Margarita or Bloody Mary... it would always require keeping an eye out for the wasps wondering around. Inside our house, we develop a little trail of sugar ants that kept getting bigger no matter how many we squashed. This company boasts that it is - a) "in your hometown area" and b) "that it is family owned and operated."



Neither are true.



When I called for service I had to leave a message in which case I never received a call back from this company but from another company who was subcontracted. (because they were in "my area"). (Also, they had no relation to Eliminate 'em, except for the fact that they were subcontracted).



I had to wait another two days for service and the company that showed up did a lousy job.

When I called back with a complaint about service I again had gotten a call from another company who was subcontracted in my area to try and fix what the first company did wrong.



This second company said that the first company didn't work for Eliminate 'em anymore.

I knew nothing about these two subcontracted companies and had to let them in my home???

If I knew when I called that I would be referred to someone who actually did the work I could have by passed Eliminate 'em and found a company on my own, mostly likely saving some money in the process.

Yet, I was paying my bill to Eliminate 'em.



Now, I am still having the same problem that I originally called for and no way to contact either of the companies that did come out because they no longer work for Eliminate 'em.



You decide....next time I'll stick with a company that is true to their advertising.
