We had work done by this company. They came right out and did the work. They never took pictures or kept damaged parts for the insurance company so we could be reimbursed. Therefore we were unable to recoup our $8000.00. One would think they would know this is standard procedure for an insurance claim. I called and spoke to Dave and he said he would take care of it. I faxed him all the papers from the insurance company..then never heard from him. My mother is elderly and they took advantage of her! As for the work that was done..2 of the base boards do not work and never did! They put in cheap thermostats that have to be manually turned on. They said they would come in and replace them and they never showed up ..never returned calls. My mother had to run space heaters all winter long after paying $8000.00 to this company. Most unprofessional company in RI. Stay away!

The professionals at Electricians R US are the people to call in Rhode Island when you have electrical work to be done. They are experts in what they do and treat their customers with respect. Give them a call. I highly recommend them.

I used Electrician's R US RI to find and repair an electrical issue I was having. Everything about my experience with them was positive from the office staff, to the electricians. They were on time, courteous, and very friendly. Their prices were reasonable and their work is quality!! I`d highly recommend them to everyone!

The electric system in my house got shut down one night and when it went back up all the appliances got broke. That is why I called these guys to come and check what was going on. When they came they found the problem almost instantly. Fixed it in no time and I had to pay very little money for the job.

I really appreciate how quickly your electrician and his helper arrived to my house. I explained the situation to both of them and they were in and out in an hour, I couldn`t have asked for a better electrical service company.

We had been using DR Electric for several years to do jobs on properties that we managed. In the last year things have started getting seedy at best. Unlicensed electricians, not pulling permits & hiding from the inspector. Most recently not wanting to come look at job because he's too busy, but scheduling for the following week. Well the rescheduled appointment was blown off, didn't answer the phone, & hasn't returned the phone call. Dave used to be a reputable electrician; I'm having my doubts now & will be looking for a new one!

Awesome! Completed job in a timely, professional fashion. Best quoted price of the ones that I called by almost 25%. Made the appt on Tuesday to install a ceiling fan and it was installed by 3 PM on Wednesday. I will call again without hesitation if I need electrical work done.

Very nice on the phone, but missed two scheduled appointments. Miscommunication led to the first one, but the second one was scheduled for a day later and D.R. Electric simply did not show up and I was unaware of any attempt by them to contact me prior to advise. Approximately 4 hrs after the time scheduled for the appointment I was finally able to contact someone at D.R. Electric and was informed that the electrician was ill. Maybe I just caught this company at a bad time.

Dave was very professional! His prices were reasonable and his service was outstanding. I will definitely call for any future electrical issues. :)

I contacted Dave for work that I needed completed fairly soon, and wanted to know if he was available to do the job. Within 2 hours of the first call, he came over to look at the site and said that he would contact me to schedule the service. As promised he contacted me and just now completed the work. He was prompt in returning my call, scheduling the job and completing the work, and did it efficiently and at a fair price. I would absolutely recommend him and am very pleased with his work and his professionalism.
