worst service ever!!! waited for longer than time wastold gps could find my location when google maps did, i was told 60$ then they charged me $20 extra saing it my faul cause i didnt give them the correct adress!! if i didnt pay they would take my car away. i gaved them my address spell it out 2 times ciry state zipcode when first called them waited 5 minutes for the price... its not my fault they are idiots if they would have told me the right price since the beging i would understand but dont blame me for ur mistakes! make ur self a favor go with some one else dont waist time they dont know what they are doing!

My Car was impounded in a parking lot that had no signs saying I couldn't park there. When I called El Paso Towing they told me it was 130 to get my car. I said " Holy sh** are you kidding me" and MANNY hung up on me. When I called back he continued to hang up on me. Then when I went a got my car they treatened to press charges and would not release me out the gate. DO NOT USE THEY PRACTICE UNFAIR AND ILLEAGAL TOWING.
