First the business is hard to get a hold of, I kept getting the voice mail and wouldn't get a return call at all or not till the next day. The serviceman should up early which normally would not be a problem but he left before the scheduled appointment and before I could leave work early and get to the house on time for the appointment.



He never had any clear answers on an estimated time for the parts or when he could make it back to complete the repair. The whole process ended up taking 2 weeks.



The parts were over priced and his services were over priced nearly $300 for a repair that took less then an hour. The labor ended up costing $150. The whole time we were just frustrated with this business and serviceman.
